There will be one winner who will receive a £250 spend at scotts, courtesy of scottsmenswear. The competition is open to UK residents only. Due to our Data Protection Policy entrants must be 12 or over. Employees and their immediate family of JD Sports Fashion Ltd, their associated companies or anyone else professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter the competition. No purchase is necessary, all prizes are subject to availability. Participation is limited to one entry per person. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. Closing date for receipt of entries 31/7/2012. The winner will be drawn at random. The prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. If the prize(s) is not available JD Sports Fashion Ltd is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize. The Promoters' decision is final and binding on all the entrants, the running of the competition and the winner. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner. JD Sports Fashion Ltd has the right to change, alter or withdraw the competition at any time if circumstances make this necessary. The winner will be notified by telephone/email/letter as appropriate after 31/7/2012. In the event a winner does not communicate his/her acceptance by email or telephone within 2 weeks we reserve the right to pick another winner and the person not responding will waive his/her rights to a prize.
