UK Delivery

Our carrier delivers between 8am and 8pm, and in some cases a signature may be required. Don't worry if you are not at home when our courier calls they will attempt to leave your order with a neighbour, or ,if a signature is not required, will leave in a safe, dry place. They will also leave a calling card with the details of where they have left your parcel.

If it is not possible to leave your parcel they will leave a calling card and attempt a re-delivery on the next working day, or you can rearrange your delivery day by following the instructions on the calling card.

We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.

Standard Delivery

Deliveries are usually made within 3 working days of your order being placed.

UK standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50, or £3.99 if your order is less than £50.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day delivery is £5.99 and we will deliver the following day excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays to UK mainland addresses providing that the order is placed before 9pm weekdays or before 3pm on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

If your order is over £100 you will be eligible for FREE Next Day delivery (Limited Time Only)

In order to receive your delivery for free, you will need to select Next Day delivery in the basket otherwise your order will default to standard delivery.

We are unable to deliver Next Day to Business addresses.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is £5.99.

If your order is over £60 you will be eligible for FREE Saturday delivery.

Place your order before 9pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Place your order on any day up until 9pm on Friday to receive your order on the following Saturday.

Saturday delivery is not available to certain post codes, orders will be sent on a standard delivery service.

Store Delivery

Delivery to a Scotts store for FREE.

How to order online and collect in store?

Place your order online selecting the Store Delivery option at checkout. Choose the store you wish your order to be delivered to by searching for your town or by a post code.

Once your order has been delivered to the store we will send you an email & SMS message (if a mobile number has been provided) informing you that your order is ready for collection. The delivery time will vary from store to store but it will usually be within a few working days.

When collecting your order please bring a copy of your confirmation email or text message and some ID (card used to pay, utility bill etc). If you have nominated a person to collect your order they will need to bring their form of ID and a copy of the email confirmation or text message.

Your order will be available for collection for 28 days after it arrives in store. We will send you a reminder by email after 7 days. After 28 days the order will be sent to our Returns Department and you will be refunded.

Store Delivery is not available to stores outside of the UK and stores within airports.

BFPO Delivery?

We deliver to BFPO addresses for FREE. Please select International Delivery and choose BFPO on the country drop down menu. You will then need to enter the BFPO post code when entering your address at checkout.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value. We'll send you an email once the order has been despatched to let you know which carrier has taken your parcel.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at help@scottsmenswear.com.

How long will it take?

Most deliveries will take between 4 to 10 working days after despatch. Please allow up to 28 days in case there are any disruptions to the carrier network.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
