UK Delivery

Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8am and 5pm. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel a calling card will be posted through your door to let you know a delivery has been attempted.

We'll email you a link so you can track your delivery when the order has been despatched.

Standard Delivery

UK standard delivery is FREE for orders over £50, or £3.00 if your order is less than £50.

Deliveries are usually made within 3 to 5 days of your order being placed.

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is £5.99.

Place your order before 5pm Monday to Thursday or 3pm on Sunday to receive your order the next working day.

Please note, Next Day is not available to the following postcodes: AB, DD3-DD11, DG, EH35-EH46, FK14-21, G83-84, HS, IM, IV, KA18-27, KA6, KW, KY9-16, ML11-12, PA20-88, PH, TD, TR21-25, ZE and addresses outside of the UK.

Saturday Delivery

Saturday delivery is £5.99.

Place your order before 5pm Friday to receive your order on the next Saturday.

Delivery to BFPO addresses is FREE. Please select BFPO on the country drop down menu and enter the BFPO post code when entering your address at checkout.

BUY ONLINE & COLLECT IN STORE

Can I have my order delivered to my local scotts store?

Don't want to wait in for your delivery? You can order online and have the order sent to your nearest scotts store for FREE!

Here's how it works:

Step 1 - Buy Online

Order Online selecting "free delivery to store" at checkout and chose from the drop down list which scotts store you want us to send your order to.

The time it takes to arrive in store will vary from store to store, however would usually always be within a few working days.

Don't worry! We will send you an e-mail & text message (where a mobile number has been provided on your order) when your items are ready for collection at the store.

Step 2 - Collect In Store

Visit the store and speak to a member of staff about collecting your order.

Remember - When collecting your order please bring the following with you:

A copy of your confirmation email or text message and some ID (card used to pay, utility bill).

If for any reason you are unable to collect your order when it's ready, we will send you a reminder email & text message after 7 days.

After 28 days your order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be applied via your original method of payment.

Which courier do you use?

We use Royal Mail and Yodel for all our UK deliveries.

When will you deliver?

Royal Mail and Yodel usually attempt delivery anytime between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday and up until midday on Saturday.

Royal Mail and Yodel do not deliver on Bank Holidays so please be aware of any impending ones when you order!

Can I send my order to another address?

Yes. You can select a different address during the checkout and save it to your address book for next time you shop. You can update your address book at any time by logging into the site and clicking on my account.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

If you are not at home when our courier attempts to deliver they will leave a card and return the parcel to your local Royal Mail depot. You can collect the parcel within 14 days by taking some personal identification and the "sorry you were out card" to the depot.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes. When your order has been despatched from our warehouse we'll email you a link which will allow you to track delivery right to your door.

Who will deliver the parcel?

Deliveries will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on the weight and value. We'll send you an email once the order has been despatched to let you know which carrier has taken your parcel.

Once the parcel has arrived in your country it will be passed on to an internal post service and be subject to their standard delivery procedures.

A signature may be required and if you're not around the driver will leave a card with instructions on how to pick it up. This may vary depending on the country but we should be able to give you more info if you send us an email at help@scottsmenswear.com.

How long will it take?

Most deliveries will take between 4 to 10 working days after despatch. Please allow up to 28 days in case there are any disruptions to the carrier network.

Can I track my delivery?

It depends on which carrier is used when we ship the parcel. We'll send you a tracking link by email if one is available.

Do I pay customs or import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and can't let you know how much they'll be. Policies vary from country to country so it would be a good idea to check your local customs for more info.
